Lab integrations
Lab integrations were designed to help researchers create high quality datasets with little effort. We try to automate as much of the process as possible. The key for this is preparation. By following our guidelines while planning a study your subject data can be automatically converted and uploaded to the ANC for datatypes MRI, MEG and EEG. For other datatypes we provide instructions on how to set up data collection, along with concrete steps for subsequent conversion.
Consider which data types you are collecting during your study and consult the relevant guides to make data management easy. Do not hesitate to reach out to our data stewards if you have any questions.
Note that for now, our guides are tailored slightly towards users at the University of Salzburg, but mostly work for outside users as well. For example, for our MRI users we provide step by step information on what to do at the scanner during data acquisition. You might have to confer with your lab manager to see if these guidelines can be adopted at your location. Our conversion pipeline is available to anyone who follows the provided naming conventions.
