MEG — General Route¶
Phase 1 — Set up your ANC project¶
Phase 2 — Convert raw data to BIDS¶
Skip this phase if your data is already in valid BIDS format
Convert your raw MEG data using a tool such as MNE-BIDS or FieldTrip. Alternatively, the ANC provides its own conversion pipeline for .fif files that also handles event extraction and pushes results directly to your dataset project.
Session directories are mandatory
The ANC requires every participant directory to contain at least one session directory (e.g. sub-001/ses-01/), even for single-session studies. Make sure your conversion is configured accordingly before you start.
