Phenotype Data Injection

Phenotypic data can be added in a single merge request at the end of data collection.

Review checklist

  • Is there a separate tsv and json file for each questionnaire collected?
  • If there are recurring questionnaires, are they correctly labelled with <questionnaire-xy-ses-01.tsv/json> and <questionnaire-xy-ses-02.tsv/json>?
  • Is the json consistent with the BIDS schema (allowed fields for phenotype data)?
