MRI Data Onboarding¶

Data acquired at the Salzburg MRI scanner can be automatically converted to BIDS and prepared for the ANC using our conversion pipeline. To make this work, sequences must follow our naming conventions and metadata must be captured during acquisition.

If you have raw MRI data (e.g. DICOM files) from a scanner outside Salzburg, you will convert it to BIDS yourself before depositing into the ANC. If your data is already in valid BIDS format, you can skip the conversion step.
