MEG Data Onboarding¶
Select the route that matches your situation:
Data acquired at the Salzburg MEG scanner can be automatically converted to BIDS and uploaded to the ANC using the meg_bids_importer tool. To make this work, files must follow the required naming conventions and events must be prepared before acquisition.
If you have raw MEG data from a system outside Salzburg, you will convert it to BIDS yourself before depositing into the ANC. If your data is already in valid BIDS format, you can skip the conversion step.
