Questionnaire Data — General Route¶
Questionnaire data is referred to as phenotype data in the BIDS specification. It is stored in a top-level phenotype/ directory alongside your imaging data.
Questionnaires alongside neural recordings
If your questionnaire data was acquired as part of an MRI, MEG, or EEG study, skip Phase 1 — your ANC project already exists. Add the phenotype data directly to that dataset.
Phase 1 — Set up your ANC project¶
Phase 2 — Prepare your questionnaire data¶
One .tsv file and one .json file are required for each questionnaire or assessment tool. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for every questionnaire, then proceed to Step 3.
- Step 1: Create a TSV file for each assessment tool
- Step 2: Create a corresponding JSON file
- Step 3: Complete and add data to your dataset
Phase 3 — Make your dataset ANC-ready¶
Phase 4 — Upload and finalise¶
