Phase 1 — Set up your ANC project¶
Phase 2 — Convert raw data to BIDS¶
Skip this phase if your data is already in valid BIDS format
Use a conversion tool such as BIDScoin or HeuDiConv to convert your DICOM files into BIDS format.
Session directories are mandatory
The ANC requires every participant directory to contain at least one session directory (e.g. sub-001/ses-01/), even for single-session studies. Make sure your conversion is configured accordingly before you start.
