Other Data Types¶

If your data type is not covered by one of the existing onboarding guides (MRI, MEG, EEG, physiological data), please get in touch with the data stewards — they will help you find the right approach.

ANC accepts data formatted according to the Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS) as well as data formatted with PRISM, a BIDS-compatible extension for assessment data such as surveys, biometrics, environment data, eye tracking, and physiological data. See the data format requirements for details.
