Step 4 — Complete the Dataset

Once the conversion is done, you will find a new merge request in your dataset project containing the converted BIDS data. You will also receive an email notification at the address(es) listed in your .meg_conversion_config.yml.

Review the merge request:

  • Check that the BIDS filenames are correct
  • Open events.tsv and verify that trigger codes have been mapped to the expected labels
  • If anything looks wrong, leave a comment on the merge request or follow up with Andreas
  • When the data looks correct, assign your data steward as reviewer
